District 34A has been my home for the past 13 years, and it means the world to me. I have roots here; I'm raising my two boys here and sending them to Rogers public schools. The people of this district are my friends and neighbors, and I am deeply invested in the health and success of our community.
I am proud to be a United States Navy veteran and a lifelong union trades member. I've worked as a Laborer, Piledriver, and Millwright for many years, and today I am proud to work for the North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters, connecting hardworking Minnesotans with new careers and better lives. Fighting for working families is in my DNA, and I believe strongly that a community can only thrive if its workers are given a fair shake.
As a lifelong Minnesotan, I love so many things about this great state. Perhaps the thing I love most is the resiliency of the people. Minnesotans know how to weather challenges (many of them actually coming from the weather). We will make it through this pandemic. When we do, we will need strong leadership to guide us to an even better future. I am running because I believe that future involves every Minnesotan - no exceptions, no excuses.
I view this campaign as an opportunity to hear your concerns, earn your trust, and work alongside you to build the future Minnesota deserves. Let's get it done!
